[sdiy] Digital Data Aquisition---Binary Output

I want to "aquire" the DCB ouput of my Juno 60.
I want to be able to view it in Binary Format.

DCB-   Asynchronus Serial, 31.250khz, 8-bit with Start Bit and Stop Bit

How can I "aquire" then view (on my MAC or PC) the binary format of the signal?
