Magus,

Multiple capacitors are history. Use three new 40uf @ 150V. You may be to
find NOS from an anitque radio web site but I don't recommend it. Too old.

Are all three rated at 150V? Usually one is rate at a much lower voltage for
the cathode circuit of the power amplifier. This capacitor eliminates the
audio negative feedback.
