[sdiy] SH-101 faders and such

Hey guys,

After some tough deliberation, I've decided to re-assemble my mangled/modded
101 and put it up for sale.

Problem is, a couple of the faders are a bit flakey, and I'm missing one of
the knob-caps. (I'm also having trouble finding my Mod-Grip)... Do any of
you guys have some spare faders for this thing? I only need two, really..
(pulse width, and pulse wave level)... The knob cap isn't a huge priority,
but it would be nice. And the mod-grip, I dunno... I don't want to pay an
arm and a leg for it... (I'd need gray, btw)...

Anyway, lemme know if you can help me.
