[sdiy] MOSFET instead JFET?

I wanted olso to use MOSFETs, with even lower Ron, below 1 ohm,
but they usually have (protecting?) diode inside - cathode to
drain, anode to source, and that's probably the reason of very
high leakage current according to datasheet. Sometimes in range
of a microamp.
I have'nt actually tried yet, but I'll do it someday.
I want to try BSS123, BSS138, BST82 and BS170 too...

""I was looking at mosfet datasheet (BS170), it's Ron=5 ohm, nice it is,
""has anyone tried it instead jfet in VCO (for cap discharging), maybe

""Is there something crucial that prevents us from using mosfets in this
