[sdiy] 4 Pole state-variable filters

i don't have access to EN, and i have searched the web many times to learn 
about phase compensation in filter circuits. can someone please point me to 
some resources as to how this is done ?

also, what are the differences between using OTAs vs. regular opamps in a 
SV filter design ?
