[sdiy] 4 Pole state-variable filters

In EN Special Issue F, page 47 (1986) Bernie did a fairly detailed 
examination of how to compensate op-amp phase shifts. This might help in 
improving performance of higher-order filters with feedback. Simple RC 
compensation certainly helped a lot in improving the 4-pole LP with feedback.
