As we are talking about transistor matching: Does anybody know for
which parameter the VCA-transistors of the Korg PS-Synthesizers
were matched ? One transistor per VCA, as in early MS-20 versions.
Matching of VCA gain of all voices is important.

The base is controlled with a large resistor, i. e. a current, so my guess
is that *here* we need Beta matching, and not Vos matching. So if
I just select a bunch of transistors of the same type for hfe on a
multimeter,
will this be enough, or is there anything else ?
