Hi Marcus,
FET : MPF102 available from Altronics, and I think Jaycar. Maybe even DSE
Dual trannie. LM324CH is fine. That's what I used.
Styrene caps for the VCOs I salvaged from who knows where, though most caps
can just be MKT or greencap from the local hobby shop. You would be able to
get the VCO running with ordinary greencaps or mtks instead of the styros if
you have to.
Tempcos. Now this is where it gets ugly. I had to get these from other list
members over seas. Some came from Paul at synthesis tech, some from Tom at
EFM, and I think other list members also have them available. Very pricy
though. You can just wack in 1k metal films to get it running if you have
to, though you won't have temperature compensation.
