[sdiy] Precision voltage offset

Just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for the suggestions and
responces to my voltage offset query.

Between the suggestions, the schematics, and the motivation to finally
try to understand some basic stuff that I've just been kinda Lego bashing
toegether I've cooked up a circuit that actually works.  Although 
probably too basic for most of the people here, I highly recommend
reading Nelson Pass's DIY Opamp article just for the opamp theory
portion of it.  It says the same things that the Opamp Cookbook says,
but phrased it in a way that finally made sense to me.
