I just realized, I probably should tell others on the group about this as
well.

My ISP (Silicon Beach Communications), in an effort to cut down on SPAM,
will only accept email from mail servers that are not on some sort of black
list. This has not been making my life exactly easy on the internet. For
example, Mouser Electronic mail server is on that black list...this makes
purchasing stuff from mouser electronics more difficult. My opinion of this
anti spamming effort is that it is BS, since now, I cannot get email from
legitimate senders in some cases (like Jim Johnson), and I get more spam now
than I did before...go figure.

As soon as the Cox Cable thing settles down, I think I am going to
switch...but for now, I have to put up with it.

If you get email that bounces to me direct, you can also reach me at
jpatchell at axsys.com, although, rumor has it there are going to be major layoffs
there in two weeks...so who knows. Also, I only have access to that email
Monday through Friday.

^ That is the relay that checks the black list...
