Lexan is bullet proof. However, the Lexan I used to work with in the
70's was quite easily scratched on the surface. Has this been imporved
over the years? If not, scratch resistant cast acrylic would make a
better choice with patch cords and all.

it. One of the companies I worked for used Lexan decals on their front
panels for awhile. Great color, could be screened from the rear and
looked good. 3M makes the most Lexan.
