[sdiy] Ultiboard/Electronics workbench Not so bad afterall

Hi All,
Ultiboard / Electronics workbench just made me change my opinion
about them :)

I am a long time Ultiboard user, and was quite pissed off when
almost a year ago instead of my yearly up date (paid for that!!) I got a
"special offer" to update to _the_version_I_already_had_  for a
mere 200 Euro.
Need less to say I didn't take the offer.

Didn't hear again from them, no invoice for the service abo either.
That is Until 10 minutes ago when the postman dropped a package.
Apparently the "update offer" was not intended for pp with a service abo,
and because the last update was late they didn't charge for the service
abo last year.
The package contained the (delayed) update and best off all cause the 'size'
version I had is no longer available I got the next bigger version instead.
A well over 500 Euro upgrade for free.
Thank you Electronic workbench, that is service :)
more software companies should act like that !!!
