Hello Arun and all,

As for the negative zener setup - Connect the cathode of the zener diode 
to ground, the anode to a shunt resistor, and the other end of the shunt 
resistor to the V- rail. The negative zener voltage, relative to ground, 
is available where the anode and shunt resistor meet.
