[sdiy] 100K 1% Resistors

Well, it looks like I'll have to charge 75 cents per 100 resistors (US
domestic only) for postage instead of 50 - rates are higher.  I've still
got about 1500 available after those who already said they wanted some.
To those that already put in their "order" I'll send a PayPal invoice.
If you want to back out because of the higher postage that's OK.
If anybody else wants some, send me an email offline
