[sdiy] BA6110 OTAs

	The BA6110 has been discontinued - I got the last samples from Rohm UK over a 
	year ago.

	I'm sure it's been posted lots of times, but the 3080 will do a pretty good job of the
	first half of the BA662 or 6110. You can use an op amp or emitter follower to do the 
	back end.  I know of at least two people as well as myself who have successfully 
	replaced the BA662 with CA3080.
