        i don't want to throw stones publicly.

        however, i WOULD like to know if anyone has done business with
Nick Pelkey in the past, or ESPECIALLY if you are in the middle of a deal
with him right now. please send me an email as soon as possible if you
have. right now i'm afraid that a pending deal is not going to be
completed, and i have several reasons to believe that things aren't as
cut-and-dried as they seem.

        if you are currently in the middle of a deal with him, please let
me know the details, this will be very helpful.
