Well I will let the reputation of someone who has to get a new ebay id every
couple months speak for itself but just to set the record straight on my
transactions with him:

- I lent him several JP-8 button caps and slider caps and provided pictures and
measurements of other synth parts on the agreement he could use them to make
extras from in exchange for some parts I needed. He said he could have my parts
back in a month or so. Well after he had them for over 2 months I ask him if he
could send them back and the parts he promised me. He said he couldn't and that
he had to go to China and couldn't tell me when he'd even be back so I asked
him whatever he does I need my parts back before he leaves the country to an
undetermined amount of time. I did finally get my parts back and sent him back
the parts he loaned me. Meanwhile I find out he's been selling copies the exact
parts that I lent him so he must have been able to use my parts after all and
therefore still OWES ME for the parts he said he's send me in exchage!

- As for ebay auction it was for a front panel for an OB-8. He called me on a
Friday some time after the auction ended saying that he doesn't have time to
ship the item to me but asked if it would be OK if he drove up from LA to SF to
deliver it that weekend. I say sure thats fine, I'll be here. Well after
emailing him and not getting any response that weekend I ask him the following
week if he's still going to come up says he doesn't have time and that I must
not have been interested because I wouldn't pay him for the item and the cost
of a rental car to drive from LA to SF and back (lot more than $25!) which I
agreed to do. Well I sure as hell didn't agree to anything like that and for me
to pay for his rental car from LA to SF and back for a lousy OB-8 front panel
would be nuts. I just chalked the whole thing up to misunderstanding and I've
never left him any bad feedback (like many others have done).
