[sdiy] Need a really quiet fan

Among other things, they recommend buying a bigger fan than you need and
re-wire it from 12V to 5V. It will still move a good bit of air, but it will
run much quieter.

Another tip is to use a wire fan grill instead of the holes or vents
typically punched into the case. Apparently wire grills create less air
turbulence.
