Nope!  this is the worst actually.

The Washington Post was nailed for about $250,000 a few years back when they
had an artist paint an image that was not exactly the same, but very very
close as a photo in the Comstock stock photography book.

They didn't use the photo, but they had someone paint a picture that wasn't
exact, but it was clear they 'borrowed' the concept.  They ran this painting
in their Sunday financial section

BANG!!!

Comstock sued - the Judge awarded them a quarter of a million dollars in
damages.
