[sdiy] Tube Synth web page update

Now this is what I want to see!

I also have a Rene Schmitz VCF, so there are probably a total of 3 in the
world now :)

I am about to start on some more serious tube building. I have been
collecting all sorts ot vintage knobs/dials etc to give the thing some
character. Yours certainly looks the part.
