Y-ellow Y'all.
         Can anybody tell me. What the hell is this thing? I've got a 
couple mounted on small heatskinks. They have got to be the coolest looking 
power transistors ever but I can't find any NFO on them. I've even checked 
with my balls and found nothing. I don't even recognize the manufacturer's 
log on them. Seems to be a square box with a "K" inside it. [K] Actually it 
looks like the Kazza file pirating software logo.

I don't have any desperate plans to use them or anything. After all, I 
don't have a clue what they are. They could be power UJTs for all I know. 
But I was hoping out of curiosity, that someone might have the drop on 
these strange creatures of the deep.
