[sdiy] VC short wave radio?

  it is a digital tuning device. I wanted to use it kind of as a a sort of "wavetable" device. Of course it would be completely random as to what you get. My ideas for music come from the more experimental side of things, so yes it would be a sort of John Cageish type thing. There was a thread on AH about using a short wave while having a filter going in a rythmic fashion. I started playing with that, then using other stuff with it and thought it would be absolutely lovely to have the tuning voltage controlled! I was also thinking it would be nice to be able to change from AM/FM and the shortwave bands by voltage control too. It does not seem like it would be that difficult to do, but I am not sure.
