That was the first thing we noticed with the TVs Thomson bought for
sale in the US Market.. When they say *flat till X*, its flat, not
even the slightest drop, all the way to X.

No, won't happen. They are completely commited to China unfortunately.

Its hard to say.. Prlly more realistically, the US has roughly 6-10
percent unemployment, because our govt doesn't include those who "quit
looking" ie ran out of unemployment benefits. So, they *say* what, 1
or 2 percent, but its actually much higher.. Half the ppl I know are
being let go, yet the unemployment is 1-2 percent?? How can that be?
Don't worry though, it has nothing to do with anything except China..
I mean, cmon, we have a guy who went over to China to start a research
facility and when they brought him *engineers* with *experience* they
were nothing more than ppl who had made it through grade school and
the experience was tending a potato field for the past 6 years near
Mongolia *but* the govt put these ppl through a month or so crash
course and gave him a sort of diploma so they could be considered
*engineers*. :(

Oh, I had someone go to Poland to do a genealogy search on my last
name, and he said it was really nice, regardless of the 20 percent
unemployment there.
