[sdiy] Looking for OB-8/CEM3320 filter gurus

I found the built-in op amp on the CEM3328  readily oscillated at 
several hundred KHz when the output was loaded with only a scope probe. 
Small series resistor on output cured it. (I do not know if the same 
behavior applies to the CEM3320). The 3328 is a very weird chip, it will 
operate properly on +12, -15 but latches up on +15, -15.
