    For those who have ever recieved chips from me will note that I send them in
a "standard" anti static tube (these tubes, by the way, only prevent the buildup
of static), and then I wrap the tube(s) in aluminum foil, to hopefully prevent
damage in shipping.  I jam conductive foam (if I don't have pins) in the ends of
the tubes to keep the parts from rattling...
