YES!

Ever since reading about the intense static charge off of a roll of tape,
it seems that ALL of the very expensive and exotic chips that I've been
Oh so lucky to locate - have been sent to me in short sections of those
extruded trapezoidal chip tubies  - covered in Scotch Tape!??!$%#@&*^%!!

I'm terrified that the chips will be dead right-outta' the box and
these things are Scarce!
for anyone guilty of this...  Please ** NO TAPE ** everybody!
