That makes me think...
I don't know whether this would actually work, but couldn't you take
some flexible metal sheets and make a flat mold from it by welding
the sides together? Then you could load up on epoxy, and make yer own
epoxy molded panels?... I haven't really expertimented with dry epoxy
to see how well it holds up, but it seems like something funn to make
anyways...
