I found a site of a designer of Seekers (a Japanese electronic musical
instrument maker).
It includes schematics of vocoder and midi controllers.

Japanese page has short comments on the products.  If you want to read them,
try some
translation sites.

The designer says in a forum that he is planning to publish information on
other products
and prototypes, some of which are not launched into the market.
