You could look for Dual-Ported RAMs and use one port for input and one
for output.  I haven't used one in ten years but they should still be
available.  They tend to be large devices though.  I used an IDT7133S,
it was 2K x 16.  Vendor was IDT, Integrated Device Technology.  I'm not
sure if they're even in business anymore.  They may have been bought out
by someone.
