[sdiy] Walsh demo board

Yo,

So like, some money fell into my lap, THUD! (it was
cold, hard cash). Now I can go ahead with making a PCB
to go along with the Walsh chips. But now I am
wondering what all should be included on the board.
There is a natural tendency to want to put EVERYTHING
on the board. But there is also a tendency to not get
it done if its too complex.

So I decided to let you all do my work for me! Here's
a wish-list of stuff to vote on:

Oscillator
Squaring circuit (for non-square external sigs)
Summing amp with pots (4? 8? more?)
Other?

Feel free to add to the list. My current thinking is
to include the first two items and leave the summing
board as a separate board, it being a useful item unto
itself.
