[sdiy] Moog VCF output noise

There's a typo in the original schemo. Output stage of the vcf is
missing
a resistor I think. Rightmost pair has collectors connected directly
to +10v which is bad, it should go thru say another 1k2 to point where
180 and 47 res and 100U cap meet (this is most logic to me). Check
this against your mini, I'm sure it's a typo (maybe collector just
go to the other side of 47ohm...).
