There is a water fountain that two Phds make that basically, once
energy is put into the system, the water continues to squirt for some
time after, almost seemingly *perpetual".
It uses the same concept, with air, water, and a chamber of certain
resonances that somehow is able to regenerate the initial energy of
pouring in the water down the tube.
I watched it for about 10 minutes and could not figure it out. No
electrical hookups, nothing.. One of the most amazing things I have
ever seen.
Anyway, story goes that they want to use the same concept to build a
full-sized remake of a water organ that works without pumps or
anything, just off of the initial water flow into the main chamber. I
can't remember the names, but my friend took a brochure. I will ask
him about it tommorow.
BTW, the crazy thing wasn't cheap, about $600 usd for a desktop model!
;)
