It would undoubtably be that, but since I have a bunch of 3046s lying
around I thought about giving them a go.
However, the MAT-04 is one step (or actually one transistor) in the
wrong direction. For best behavious all transistors in the setup
should be tightly thermically connected. Allready at the CA3046 that
is an issue, the MAT-04 is one transistor less. Not all that ideal I
fear.
Anybody got some fab-capacity to hand me? ;O)
