There are definatley some. I'm pretty sure the verison of Cubase I use
occasionally on my old ST doesn't refresh the running status.
I spent ages once trying to work out why my Polysix wasn't receiving
midi, and it was simply because I had power cycled it, and it hadn't had
a status byte since.
Is the 100ms interval described in the MIDI spec ?
