Well, for the PDFs that I do, I use the ghostscript suite. It can even
come out smaller than from Acrobat itself! ;O)
Since I do all serious work on Linux (you can't do serious work on
Windows) schematic drawing, PDF export can happen happily there. The
ghostscript stuff do exist for Windows (I have Windows installed on
the portable for my work - where I need to generate MS Word documents
- yeah, yeah, I know about StarOffice/OpenOffice, transition in slow
progress).
If only Xilinx would release their WebPack under Linux any day soon
and I would be jumping of joy!
