Have a look at gEDA at
http://www.geda.seul.org/
Which is a pretty nice little tool. The gEDA PCB program (gPCB) is a
very slow progresser, but there is another software called PCB which
should do the trick.
Anyway, tossing a schematic together in gEDA is a quick thing.
