Ok, now THAT ""IS"" customer service.  I was just
going to point this out in case anyone else was
missing it.  I mean, I know you're good with the
electronics and all, but I bet money even you aren't
that good.  You can't possibly be making a profit off
of that, even if you ammortize the occasional "what
the hell were you doing" against the many, "two or
three cold solder joints", so the only reason to do it
is for long term customer satisfaction.  IMHO, that
defines customer service.
