The schematics (most of them) were also in Brice Wards "Electronic Music Circuit Guidebook" (which is one of those books that has somehow achieved holy grail status, which IMHO is totally undeserved).  One of the few non-PAiA circuits in the book.

The original Psych Tone used long-obsolete Motorola RTL logic for gates and oscillators.  I've recently been trying to figure out how to convert the circuits to CMOS, but no time right now...
