Hmmm... and in the USA we just issued a statement
to Afghanistan that they cannot separate themselves
from the consequences of their actions (i.e. harboring
alleged terrorist Osama bin Laden)

NOTICE that I used the word... "alleged" to indicate that
although he has been accused of DREADFUL IMMORAL
ACTS... there has been no formal proof offered to date.

I think there're many different ways to build a filter module, some of which
may be copies and some may only SEEM on the surface to be copies, but the
difference here is that Osama has STATED his intentions to kill Americans
while Deiter Doepfr has never STATED his intention to steal designs.  THAT,
my friend, is why its 'alleged' and will remain that way until someone here
can rev-eng one of the supposed stolen modules ;-)
