Hi All,

I am in the process of restoring an ill 2600, and need some advice
from anyone who has some experience with ARPs.

I have already repaired the sample and hold, however I have two other
problems which require the replacement of some unusual op-amps.

Unfortunately, I don't have the service manual in front of me right
now, but the op-amps I need to replace are 1) the comparator in the
internal clock circuit, and 2) the comparator in the VCO3 circuit
which generates a square wave from the saw output.

Now, both of these op-amps are the same type, and are simply
referenced by an ARP factory number. It looks like perhaps they were
selected by ARP for some particular spec, maybe low offset.

Does anybody have an idea what might be a suitable replacement for
these? I have heard of people subbing in LF411s for the 301s. Would a
411 work well here as well?

Cheers,
Gavin.

BTW. I'm exciting to get this one working. It's a rev. 2 (grey with
clef logo), has to 4027-1 oscillators, the 3620 keyboard, AND the
4012 filter module! Sweet!
