They also said a photocopy of the service manual, 
p/n 5103164000 (A-3340S), is $16.50 plus ship, but 
only to continental USA.  

Does anyone know the pinout of the 11-pin remote plug?
I found a plug, but I'm too cheap to buy the manual.
