I think this one seems to have been spared for the moment. Certainly
stocks are still very high at most places in the UK. The nice thing
about the DIL8 footprint is that you can get LM394H (can type) to fit
too with a bit of a lead bend. Shame they don't make the old LM394 in
DIL8 anymore. The LM394H is a reasonable price... about five pounds if
you buy enough of them. Although, if you want to make that big polysynth
with them, it may prove a little too pricey.
