[sdiy] New fun things I saw in the new digikey catalog

    Got the new Digikey catalog a few days ago.  Some interesting things
are now listed in there.  The now have the FPSLIC chips, an AVR and FPGA
on the same chip.  This thing looks like it has some definate
posibilities for DIY, but they are a little pricey ($100 per chip!).  It
would be cheaper to get an AVR chip (or other micro) and combine that
with one of the Atmel FPGA chips.
