I bought a full sheet (48"x144") of 6011-T4 0.071" from Boeing surplus for
$78.40 Then Specialty Metals did the sheer work for another $60.00.
I ended up with 82 pieces 8.75"x3.5", 8 pieces 8.75"x21.00", for VC Voice
and Sequencer modules, 2 pieces 8.75"x48" for later cut down to other module
sizes,
1 piece 17.50"x48" for cutting down to rack shelves, 1 piece 19.00"x48" for
cutting down to rack panels.
