Hi all!

Further on the power supply front, I thought I'd share my latest find with
everyone else who might be looking:

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1632311182&r=0&t=0&sh

" This is a fully functional "POWER-ONE" power supply. It can be used from
100-120VAC @ 2amp or from 220-240VAC @ 1amp. 5VDC @ 6amps +/-12VDC @ 1.7amps
or +/-15VDC @ 1.5amps. Outside dimensions are 3 1/4"X 5"X 11" "

I won it for $10. Not too shabby. My understanding is that Power-One PS's
are top of the line.

Anyway, these babies pop up on ebay all the time. Just do a search on ebay
for "power supply" and you'll get something like 17-1800 hits. Many of them
are computer switching supplies, but there are lots of linear ones in there
too. A +-12v Power-One went for $5 yesterday. There are great prices on
bench supplies too. This is one of those cases where ebay can save you a
significant amount.
