What would your recommend then? Although, I generally
find that what is unbearable to some is quite usable
to others. For me, portamento is that thing you use
to make squelchy 303 type sounds. I like the porta in
my SH101 which has been modded to be gate switchable.

Ok, so on the top of my list is either a simple VC
portamento, or some sort of sample and hold.

Here is an overview of the final design of my first
panel.

3 VCO (2 lf switchable)

Korg 2069 VCF/VCA

CEM 3372 Multimode (6 modes, three at a time)

2 VC ADSR, CEM 3310, 1 with VCADSR, 1 with VC
something ( 2 inputs, I haven't decided) and A/D
phase logic outputs.

PAIA 9710, unnormaled to provide
Stereo VCA with VC pan (used as primary output)
ADSR/LFO
Ring Mod
Noise
Lin to Exp converter

3 input audio mixer
3 input CV mixer

So, that's the first panel. There is one place left
with a single pot/rotary switch and four jacks, two of
which could be toggle switches. Larger modules will
go in the unpopulated frac rack but I want the panel
to be reasonably stand alone.

What would you put in the unpopulated set of five
holes.

Thanks
Daryl
