I would not worry that much... these capacitors are run on fairly low
voltage
and usually hold up well, even if not powered for a long time. The days of
electrolytics failing at very high rates (with age) are pretty much 'long
gone'

I'd shoot those dice anytime. Now if you are thinking of an old Tube Guitar
Amp where the electrolytics are pushed to (and maybe beyond) their physical
limitations (voltage, vibration, heat...) I WOULD be worried !!!

If yer chicken you could plug the supply into a Variac and run the AC
voltage
up over a period of time to 'reform' the dielectric...
