[sdiy] free host recommendations for SDIY?

Does anyone have recommendations  on decent free hosts for SDIY? I'm
unemployed at the moment, and can't afford to pay for another host, and the
free ones I have been using keep on shrinking or vanishing. The so called 50
megs is now 15 megs!!
