[sdiy] Serge CV input circuit?

Hi All,

First off, let me apologize, I feel dumb for asking
about what is mostly likely a trivial circuit. I feel
like after reading chapter one of "Design of OP-AMP
circuits...With Experiements", I should be able to get
it, but I don't.

Serges have on their CV inputs a circuit with a level
control that at center gives zero output, turn the
control ccw for negative modulation, cw for positive
modulation.

Someone once sent me the circuit for this, it is a
trivial op-amp circuit, I can't find it, nor can I
recreate it. I can't remember the basic idea.

I would like to use that on some of my module inputs.

First, is that circuit or one simmilar on line
somehwere?

Second, can someone explain it to me ?
