Jameco ( www.jameco.com ) has two items that I think people might find
interesting on this front.

1U knockdown rack box $35.
( p/n 132812 )
I bought one of these and truthfully for my use I'm less then thrilled. All of
the knockdowns I've looked at have been very thin.

BUT... Something interesting in their latest catalog...
Rackmount card cage.
 * For 19" Rackmounts
 * 24 slots
 * weight 6.3lbs
 * Fits card size 6.5"L x5.5"W
 * Size: 6.5"L x 17.3"W x 6.1"D

$6.95 (!!)

I havent bought any yet ( I work about 3 miles from Jameco's HQ but just
havent gotten down there yet ). This looks like its probably surplus Telco
gear. Unfortunatly the dimensions are slighty different then FracRac but
it may still interest someone who just wants a cheap way to house DIY modules.

If people arnt familier with Jameco... They are best described I think as
"pricey" for alot of things but they do have good stock and are alot better
then Frys if you are in the Bay area ( I know, that isnt saying much... )
